Changing Your Plan

You can change your plan package at any time from your account settings. Updating your package allows you to adjust your usage limits as your needs grow.

Plan changes are managed directly from Payment Settings, located in your Dashboard. 

Update Your Plan

To change your current plan package:

1. Navigate to https://utilityapi.com/plan-change
2. Review available packages and select the option that meets your usage needs.
3. Login to your UtilityAPI account if prompted.
4. Enter in your credit card information, if required. 
5. Confirm your selection to apply the change and Submit.

Your plan will update immediately.  

Things to Know

• Plan packages can be updated at any time.
• If you switch plans and have an outstanding balance, or your current balance does not cover the cost of the new plan, the remaining amount will be charged immediately to the credit card on file. 
• All payments are non-refundable.
• If you have any questions, please submit a new support ticket.
