Granting a Sub-User Visibility to All Authorizations
Overview
Admins can request expanded permissions for a sub-user, allowing them to view all authorizations within the account.
Requirements
Before submitting a request, ensure:

The user is already set up as a sub-user under the admin account

The request is submitted by an account admin
How to Request Access
To grant full authorization visibility to a sub-user:

The administrator on the account must submit a support ticket to UtilityAPI
-
Include the following details:

Sub-user’s email address
-
Confirmation that the user should have visibility to all authorizations

What to Expect

The UtilityAPI Support team will review and process the request

Once completed, you will receive a confirmation notification
