How do I set my account's default data duration?

- From the meter: On your dashboard
- Navigate to the “Get Data” button on a meter

You can change your account's default data collection at any time.
How can I collect more data than my default data duration for a specific meter?
You can override your account's default data duration at the meter level by completing the following steps:
- Navigate to “Get Data” on a meter
- Select the dropdown arrow next to “Details”
- Next to “Get data how far back?” adjust the time frame to your desired number of months
- Select “Collapse”
- Select “Get data”
Can I adjust the collection duration after I have collected the data?
No, the duration cannot be changed once data collection has begun. To collect a different duration, you’ll need to make a new request.
How does this affect my current payment plan?
During the testing phase there will be no impact on your payment plan. Your account will automatically refill once it reaches a $0 balance at your current payment plan rate (e.g., $250 prepay, $1000 prepay, etc.)
You can view your account's current plan in your dashboard settings under payment settings.
Can I still collect more than 12 months of data?
Yes, you can collect up to 36 months of data for $48.00, pending the data availability for the utility.
