Our dashboard supports finding more detailed information regarding the data and authorization received from the account holder. You may have noticed that there are information icons and symbols next to count of intervals and bills. Green check marks mean that everything is good.
You may see some warning triangle or information icons. Clicking on those will give you more detailed information regarding the data we found.
We also show information icons for entire authorizations or authorization attempts. Clicking on these will tell you when an authorization expired, if the login credentials submitted were incorrect, or if we couldn't find any meters at all.
You may also have the option to resend the data request in cases like this too. Click here to learn more about how to do this.
