How do I close my account?

If you'd like to close your UtilityAPI account, please submit a request using our Support Request Form.

Note: This request must be submitted by your account's admin. We're unable to process an account closure request submitted by a non-admin user.

Once we receive your request, a member of our support team will reply to verify your identity and confirm the details before your account is closed.
